Our process produces aluminum flakes, glass pearls, and metal tailings, which can then be safely reintroduced back into industrial supply chains. These materials are completely free of plastics and heavy metal contaminants, making them sustainably reusable for a wide range of commercial applications.

Our Process

Our process eliminates 100% of the heavy metal contaminants that stick to adhesives, encapsulant, and plastic laminates (and eliminates the plastics), in every solar panel prior to final material separation.
Heavy metals are an environmental and human health risk that increases the possibility of panels winding up landfills.
Without our delamination process, recycled panels cannot be safely re-introduced into the downstream supply chain.

Reporting & Traceability

We provide certified environmental and compliance reporting to confirm that all solar panels are recycled to the highest standards under the R2v3 and RIOS 2016 protocol.
Each customer receives a Certificate of Receipt confirming custody, responsibility, and the total weight diverted from landfill.
A Certificate of Destruction details how panels are processed into one of three plastic-free offtake products for reuse in industrial manufacturing.
Custom compliance and recycling documentation is available to verify all material streams are managed sustainably.
